Secret Service code names are given to the people they protect to facilitate communication. For example, President Trump was known as “Mogul,” based on his business experience, and Melania Trump as “Muse,” reflecting her modeling career.

Before stepping out of the race for reelection, President Biden was code named “Celtic” which reflected his heritage. Dr. Jill Biden’s code name was “Capri,” for no particular reason.

In light of his unprecedented change in status, the Secret Service is changing Biden’s code name to be selected from one of the following.

Toddleberry – Inspired by Tim Conway’s popular “Oldest Man” character from the Carol Burnett Show.

Methuselah – Biblically inspired and is in honor of being the oldest President ever.

Old Forgetful – Inspired by Yellowstone’s famous ancient geezer (or is that geyser?).

Stairmaster – Ironic name reflecting the President’s epic battles with his greatest nemesis.

Farmer – Reflects the fact that President Biden is being retired to the same place his Secret Service agent chomping dog, Commander, was sent.

While the Secret Service had not chosen a code name for President Biden by publication time, the service had settled on “Enabler” as Dr. Jill Biden’s new handle.
