First responders were called to a Baskin-Robbins in Athens, GA, when a man trying to choose a flavor of ice cream experienced a different kind of brain-freeze.
“We get a lot of this every four years,” EMT Emory Zee said. “We’ve asked Baskin-Robbins to put up signs warning undecided voters not enter the premises, but they never do.”
Ice Cream Server, Karmella Crunch described what happened.
“He, like, came in and said he wanted a single scoop, but when I asked him what flavor, his eyes started jumping from carton to carton and then he kind of had a seizure and then didn’t move. It’s like when my Netflix freezes.”
Hospital spokesperson Candy Striper explained how they broke the brain-lock.
“We just read him quotations from Kamala Harris,” Striper said. “That always drives them back to the real world.”
When asked if the hospital has a political bias in its treatment regimen, Striper explained.
“We tried reading Trump quotes, but most brain-lock patients just raise a fist and scream ‘fight, fight, fight.’ That’s just too disruptive.”
When asked to interview the undecided voter, Striper directed us to the patient pickup area.
“Last time I saw him he was standing there trying to choose between Uber, Lift, a Cab, or taking a bus.”
