California Governor Gavin Newsom wants to be President – So that’s why he keeps popping up everywhere and picking fights with the Governor of Florida. So, I guess California must have solved its social problems when we weren’t looking. How’s that high speed rail coming?

COVID may have, possibly, escaped from a lab doing gain-of-function research – I don’t know about you, but I’m sticking with the COVID came from a chicken that ate bat droppings, then mated with a pig that was sold at a wet market, theory. That’s settled science.

Presidents can’t cancel student debt – What? Presidents just can’t do anything they want to get reelected? I might care more about this but I paid my loans off, so I don’t.

The media was sure the country would not elect a felon President – Mmmmm-kay.

Leftover parts are bad – We’ve all had leftover screws, nuts, washers, etc., when assembling things. It happens to Boeing assemblers too. Of course, we’re assembling bookshelves, not jet airliners.

Titanic tourism is not the new thing – that business kind of imploded. Hope you didn’t invest.

The “Fight of the Century” – Mike Tyson, born when there were just 3 TV channels, fought Jake Paul, born when everyone can have their own TV channel. Loser: Viewers. Winner: Netflix, $$$

Who could ever forget Oppenheimer winning Best Picture over, Barbie and some other movies? – I could. What were the other movies? Was that awful Everything, Everywhere, Everything Bagel movie one of them?

What goes up, doesn’t necessarily come down – The Boeing astronauts went up, and stayed up.

Moo Deng mania – Who says a baby hippo is so ugly only its mother could love it? Well, I do, for one.
