Meridian-street investigations has learned that many MS-13 gang members are adding a P to the beginning of their tattoos to fool ICE agents.

“It says PMS-13,” Julio said, showing us the tattoo on his chest “Not MS-13. Totally different. PMS-13 is a solidarity thing. I shows that I care about women who can suffer from premenstrual syndrome as early as age 13.”

When asked why the ink looked new, especially for the P, Julio had an answer.

“It had faded, man. I just had it freshened up. Really. Why are you looking at me like that?”

Three other suspected gang members were also getting their letter Ps refreshed on that day.

When asked how he developed his sensitivity to the PMS problem, Julio was a bit vague.

“I work as an employment recruiter,” Julio said looking at a card he pulled from his pocket. “I help women to relocate to where people I know give them employment opportunities as independent contractors. So I’m around them a lot.”

At that point Julio was called back to the tattoo chair to have a halo added above the horns of the Satan face he had on his back.

“The tattoo was incomplete,” Julio explained, again reading from the card he keeps in his pocket. “There was always supposed to be a halo. The image represents the sovereignty of God and the duality of His divine nature.”

At that point the Tattoo parlor emptied after a phone call from a local judge who warned them that ICE had just obtained a warrant and was on the way.
