While the Trump administration deals with the growing number of nationwide court injunctions, the Democrat party is dealing with unrest among the judges who have not had a turn at issuing an injunction. The unhappiness centers on a concern that some jurisdictions are hogging the Trump injunctions.

“At the current rate of nationwide injunctions issued by Federal judges, there will be enough injunctions over the next three years for every Obama, Clinton, and Biden appointed judge,” Democrat Party spokesperson Everett Horton said.

Horton was tasked with tamping down the rivalry brewing among Democrat judges. According to Horton, the problem is that some states just have more activist judges than others because they have more population. This fact leaves judges in more remote locations feeling left out.

“It’s just unfair for any judge to get two nationwide injunctions before I even get one,” said Alaska Federal Judge Winter Mint. “We up here in Alaska would like to get our name in the paper too, you know!”

Mint had more to say but could not be heard over the barking of his sled dogs, anxious to make the run to the courthouse.
