After hitting a peak in 2021 of 6.8% of young people identifying as trans and queer, the number has now plummeted to 3.4%. This puzzles progressives who have worked for decades to get more young people to choose alternate genders.

“We blame this decline on Trump,” progressive Marcy Belittle said.

Belittle refused to explain the connection between the President and the decline in kids identifying as trans. Meanwhile, right-wing extremists are pushing the idea that identifying as “trans” was a fad.

As the alleged trans fad allegedly abates, here are other fads that are in decline, or need to be.

Saying “six-seven” in a weird way every time the numbers come up. Please join “skibbity toilet” and “chicken jockey” in the dust bin of history.

Calling anything that is suddenly popular, “Viral.” Just call it a fad like we do. (We would love it if we got “fad” to go viral)

Calling common things a life-changing “hack.” Discovering “coupons” to save money is not a “hack.” Look in your grandma’s kitchen everything-drawer for proof.

Thinking your generation invented food delivery. Ever heard of the “Milkman”? There might actually be one in your family history (although, unofficial).

Believing Amazon was the first business where you can order anything you want and have it delivered. Google Montgomery Ward catalog! (Catalogue for our British readers). You can probably buy a Ward’s catalog on Amazon.
